April 2025 - Ancestral Remembrance, The Divine Warrior

Greetings 

We made it, we came through the Eclipse corridor of March with a deeper sense of Who we are becoming more.  It was an amazingly fast month packed with lots of shifts.  Mostly a positive and revealing month for me personally, and  adjusting to those deeper truths, and thanks to the 2 eclipses and Equinox during March, really did take one deeper into Self.  The flow has been gently coming.  Little BIG surprises opening up.  How shall I say this.  At times there is just a quiet spell where nothing really seems to be happening, I'm wise enough to not force the issue but ride the flow.  Then all of a sudden, usually at a significant point of an energetic shift due to planetary alignments, something opens up very FAST and gracefully.  

March was a month of deepening connections, healing and transformations.  It was a FULL month, and it seems so long ago already.  We kicked off with the Shamanic Dreaming Day on 9 March, held in Taupo Bay.  A stunning venue, thanks to our host Jason Friedlander, who generously opened up his home and space for this to take place.  It was an amazing Day with everyone who participated, surpassing my expectations.  It was a Dream day for me and what has transpired from that day, is an ongoing collaboration for future, longer Retreats in his space.  I'm seeing so many dreams and visions coming into fruition, not just for myself but others as well.  Jason is living On Purpose, he moved up North recently, but already is quietly supporting facilitators to really step up by offering his support because he can.  Not motivated by profit but conscious collaboration.  This is the SHIFT in consciousness working in a different way.  Jason is encouraging me to do another Retreat for the Inner Child (3 Days in Taupo Bay), looking at dates in May-June... more later.

It has also been one of deep ancestral healing and changes in consciousness are one of the same.  During a conversation with a friend, she remarked on how she was aware that her innate wisdom was being activated, her mode of thinking was no longer serving and couldn't even operate from that space anymore.  Learning to really trust her intuition was something of a leap of faith, she found more ease and flow with.  We talked about Clarity, and I commented, "going through your experience gives your Being clarity and  Innerstanding", not the other way round.  If you didn't need clarity, then you would not be attracted to the experience?"    

An interesting conversation between my mum and brother, she was remarking how my brother should have been a doctor, as he has good bedside manners, he humours my mum when taking her blood pressure, it's quite a cute interaction.   He replied, he didn't have the smarts to become a doctor, and he was being guided to become an Accountant, but in the end he majored in Marketing.  Well the ignorance and arrogance my mum expressed was interesting.  In her eyes, belief, (in fact many Asian families have this distorted belief) that if you become a Dr, you have reached a pinnacle in life.  I simply said...actually being a Dr is a specialty and every career job is the same in terms of specialty.  I said they are different but also the same, everyone is doing what they do best in what they do.  She simply retorted, something she says quite often to me..."Oh you just don't have the right DNA, that's why you can't learn to be better!", yep this is what I get from her perspective.   And, this is where I see the old consciousness is so deeply ingrained in our societies, in the hierarchical, patriarchal ways of thinking...it will fade out once that generation is done, however, the awareness to realign such beliefs can bring a more collaborative, co-operative unified respect.  We all have a gift, a purpose, Some if us don't need that higher education or letters behind our names, we are already Enough

The potency of the Eclipse corridor during March, with deeper revelations felt in the body, the period just before the last Solar Eclipse, I had started a gentle liver detox, and it took 3 days to kick in as I didn't sense anything much happening,, but then I was suddenly struck with deep purging.  It showed up as a gastro response, but I knew that I hadn't eaten anything to trigger that.  So I surrendered to this deep purging which lasted about 5 days, one day's reprieve which allowed me to drive back home to Kerikeri!  I noticed it was mainly purging water, so there was some very deep grief being released from the lung and liver.  I had also booked a moxification session in Whangarei, and during this process, it became apparent the consciousness I was dealing with was "unrequited Love".  I have addressed this healing before, however, there was a stubbornness in my consciousness that was not shifting.  So I had to go deeper with this to understand why I'm holding onto this...what was revealed next was the hidden consciousness within my ancestors.  I realised I was the one not allowing, not receiving the Love to myself.  I was shown how our ancestors didn't value Love in the same way, and I was subconsciously still acting the same way as a "learned behaviour", so being open to receiving from myself was not a natural state in my behaviour.  I remember when I first started learning about the inner child, my teacher once commented..."If I was your little girl, I wouldn't want you to be my mother!"  Those words were devastating; as I was really trying hard to connect with my inner child, then she said..."You know you are a good learner, and you have learned to be a mother like your mother was to you, and you are still doing it that way", OMG, the whole reason for learning about Energy and Inner Child, was so I would not become my mother!  I felt like an instant failure, but then she said..."if you don't know how to be a good mother, you need to align yourself with someone you admire and look up to and copy them", so that's what I did.  It was a whole different experience to my body and Being.  When I look back at how long I struggled with connection (6months -1 year); and see how quickly my clients connect nowadays, I wonder why it was so hard for me back then.  But that's a whole different energy too.  Moving on...so this Unrequited Love, which has been a major theme for me...I needed to get the consciousness for the healing.  Going deeper into my Shadow and listening, sensing my inner child, I was shown how I never knew how to turn it inwards towards me.  Interestingly, this last time when I visited my mother, and when I went to say Goodbye, I went to hug her and she pushed me away.  She does that sometimes.  So this was the clue to the Unrequited Love pattern imprinted in me, the way I learned how NOT to accept, receive and be open emotionally to affection.  I'm much better now, but I will admit in the my early stages of being demonstrative, I found it very uncomfortable, esp when I lived in Kauai, as everyone just hugged and kissed   

Today in conversation with my aunt,  a depth of clarity regarding when there is "drama in relationships", this is because what is expressed is not matching the way the person feels, therefore, deeper reflection and acknowledgement is needed.  It's not the other person, they are just reacting to your energetic projections.  That's deep as it is easy to fault others in the dynamic, however, it takes two to tango!   And, although not related to the former conversation, but relevant for contemplation;  as we move away from linearity, let us ponder through spherical spaciousness - the Shift allows for infinite possibilities and true expansion   

I was delighted to reconnect with old friends and tribe from the recent past.  Whilst working and living at Kawai Purapura Retreat Centre, many beautyful souls would come and go, and we were like a  "tribe-family"  during our times together.  Ninette (USA) worked with me in the Festivals team, came back to NZ for a flying visit to Kerikeri, with her new husband, Michael and, travelling with Veronica (Brazil) and her man, Chris. It was indeed a lovely reunion.  I have kept up through FaceBook on Ninette's many travel blogs, she writes really well, a colourful storyteller, so I was not surprised when she got a cheap airfare and brought Michael in tow.  We had an amazing time together, hanging out and laughing and reminiscing about old times, good times, and chatting about deeper life meanings, this is what she wrote in a post about her time with me...

",,,Being surrounded by healers of all kinds. Working across from a woman who 1/2 the time would have me in tears with 1-3 direct questions. She and others I worked with would know when I wasn’t happy or had bad dreams or something was out of alignment. It was the strangest environment to work in.

Being able to spend time with her again was like going back. She was ever so kind to invite us to camp at the house she was staying. This stunner of a home and landscape and QUIET took all our breaths away. She lives her life in flow and it is always delightful to see how it works out.

On the first morning- I’m typing away and next thing I know the rhythms of sitting across from her kicked in. I closed my laptop with flourish as Michael watched what was about to unfold, and I said ‘let’s go!’. The questions were direct and pointed, the guidance gentle and firm and release happened. It was like the times in the office with less witnesses.  

As the others roused we finished and I felt like I touched something deep once more.

Alyse then took us around to one of the coolest community areas. Each day is different vendors and activities and food. We ate our way through the market and then went chasing waterfalls, then went to one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever been.

The evening was filled with deep and light conversation - wonderful food and then deep silent sleep. I can’t express how quiet this place was.

Then the next morning Alyse conducted a shamanic journey that we and others attended. It took place beside a river under huge trees with sunlight dappling through. There is always a depthness that happens when surrounded by others with the same intentions and journey. "  (Ninette Carnvale, USA - March 2025)   

Now we are embracing April, embodying our Divine Warrior, this showed up at all the Shamanic Journeys in March, as well as Jesus.  The main message was about Stepping into your Sovereignty, anchoring the Christ Consciousness, Unity Consciousness.  We have gone through the Darkness and come out into the Light where we must truly Shine and Be Who We Are Now.    There is a deep remembrance emerging now.  A lot of energy is working on the stomach and throat to prepare for the new expression.  It's so exciting to witness this.  April promises to be further deepening and anchoring of our multidimensional Being.  I have included some articles within,  to support with a wider perspective and  intel.

It works on the soul level and the family members do not have to know, we work with their Higher Self, but what has been really amazing, is that each member feels the shift (even if they don't understand it); something opens up for them to be able to move forward, whereas in the past the whole family is "stuck" in a specific consciousness; for eg; suffering, health issues, common patterns of abuse etc. A lot of this work I have done in the past is for people overseas, and they feel it immediately, pretty cool. "A Cosmic Recalibration : Navigating the Expansion of Your Soul Frequency" By Jenny Schiltz

Many of us feel like we’re bouncing between polarities—elation and exhaustion, inspiration and despair. My guides once shared something that helped me understand: they asked me to visualize that we are holding a frequency bandwidth between 1 and 10. When solar light codes and cosmic plasma stream in, they expand us—suddenly we're holding level 11. It feels euphoric. We might feel energized, deeply creative, intuitively sharp. We may have spiritual insights that bring clarity to years of inner work.

But then, without warning, we crash. Fatigue rolls in, our body aches, old thought patterns, and emotional wounds rise to the surface. It can feel confusing and defeating. But here’s what’s really happening: in order to hold the new higher vibration—to truly embody it—the lower frequencies within us have to rise and be cleared. You can’t hold level 11 while still anchored in level 1.

Sometimes the clearing is swift—a wave moves through, and it’s done. Other times, what surfaces is deep, layered, and ancient. We may find ourselves back in what feels like another dark night of the soul. And once again, we are asked to surrender. To let go of the programs, beliefs, roles, and stories that once kept us safe, but now keep us stuck.

How long we are in this clearing process depends on how quickly we can let go. The more we resist, the longer it persists. In the meantime, levels 12, 13, 14, and so on are still coming in, which means that the clearing of levels 2, 3, and 4 is also happening. It can create an energetic backlog and knock us off our feet. This is why we are being called to go inward, to create space to process all these energies.

As these intense waves of energy come in, it’s common to experience physical symptoms: buzzing through the limbs, heat rising through the spine, pressure in the head or heart, spontaneous tears, waves of anxiety, and old injuries flaring up. Our sleep may become erratic—vivid dreams, interrupted rest, or feeling completely wired at night while exhausted during the day. It’s as if the cells are dancing—pulsing, detoxing, and shedding density.

This is especially amplified if the body has experienced trauma. The cellular memory is very real. And as we ascend, we are not bypassing the body—we are bringing the light into it. That’s where true transformation occurs. This is why you may feel emotions out of nowhere or why grief sits heavy in the chest. The physical form is catching up with the frequency shifts of the soul.

During these times, the guidance is simple, though not always easy: be gentle, but present. Rest when needed, but don’t numb. Listen to your body. Allow the emotions to surface and flow. Stay hydrated, eat grounding foods, and spend as much time as possible in nature. And above all, remember—you are not broken. You are in the sacred process of remembering.

Let the energy do what it came to do: illuminate, liberate, and bring you home TO YOU.
